These terms apply when you download, install or buy Desk Keeper, a Windows app made by Coretex CRM ("we", "us"). By using Desk Keeper you agree to them.

1. The Free plan

You may use the Free plan of Desk Keeper at no cost, for personal or business use, on any number of your own PCs.

2. Desk Keeper Pro

• Pro is a one-time purchase at the price shown when you buy. It is not a subscription and doesn't renew.
• One license may be active on up to 3 PCs at the same time, for use by you or your organization. You can move it between your PCs from the app.
• Your license includes all Desk Keeper 1.x updates. A future major version (2.0) may be sold separately; your 1.x version keeps working.
• You may not share, resell or publish license keys, or try to get around license checks.

3. How Desk Keeper handles your files

Desk Keeper shows a preview before it changes anything, moves files instead of deleting them, keeps removed files in quarantine for 30 days before moving them to the Windows Recycle Bin, and lets you undo every clean for 30 days. Even so, you are responsible for your files and should keep backups of anything important. Scheduled "tidy automatically" runs happen without a preview because you chose that setting.

4. No warranty

Desk Keeper is provided "as is". We work hard to make it safe and reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or suit every purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Desk Keeper is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered location have jurisdiction.
