Shipping and delivery policy

Desk Keeper is software that you download. Nothing is shipped physically, and there is no shipping address to give.

How you receive Desk Keeper Pro

• Your license key is shown on screen immediately after a successful payment.
• The same key is emailed to the address you entered, with a link to your receipt, usually within a few minutes.
• The app itself is downloaded from this website, free of charge. The key turns on Pro inside the app.

If you didn't receive your key

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there within an hour of paying, email support@coretexcrm.com with the email address you used and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID. We'll send it within 1 working day.
