Messy folders,
tidied safely.
Desk Keeper sorts loose files into folders by type and month, and shows you every change before anything moves. Free for your Downloads folder. Pro tidies more folders and clears out duplicate copies and old installers. Undo any clean for 30 days.
Windows 10 (version 2004 or newer) and Windows 11, 64-bit · Sorting happens on your PC
The Overview screen in Desk Keeper Pro. Numbers shown are examples.
Loose files go into folders by type, then by month
Preview first
See every file and where it will go. Untick anything you want to leave as it is.
Undo for 30 days
Changed your mind? Undo a clean from History and the files go back where they were.
Your files stay on your PC
Sorting and reading documents happen on your computer. File names and contents are never uploaded. The app goes online only to check a Pro license and look for updates.
Reads inside documents
Recognizes invoices, receipts, bank statements, CVs, payslips, tax documents, contracts and tickets from their first pages — including scanned PDFs and photos. When it isn't sure, the file is simply sorted by type.
Careful by design
Desk Keeper shows you exactly what it will do, moves files instead of deleting them, and keeps an undo history for 30 days.
Files are never deleted straight away
Duplicate copies and old installers go into a hidden quarantine folder, where you can put them back for 30 days. After that, Desk Keeper moves them to the Windows Recycle Bin on your PC's own drives.

- Skips files that are open, still downloading or changed in the last 2 minutes
- Leaves online-only OneDrive files alone
Tidy on a schedule
Choose daily or weekly, and a time, for each folder. Desk Keeper either prepares a preview for you to approve, or tidies automatically. Automatic cleans can be undone too.

- Keeps running from the system tray when you close the window
- A weekly summary of what was tidied
Rules in plain English
Type a short instruction like "move invoices older than 30 days to Accounts" and Desk Keeper turns it into a rule you can check and change. After you move 3 or more similar files by hand, it suggests a rule for them.

Is it safe to let an app move my files?
Desk Keeper shows a preview first and changes nothing until you approve, unless you choose a schedule that tidies automatically. It never deletes files straight away: removed files go to a hidden quarantine folder for 30 days, and every clean can be undone from History for 30 days. It won't tidy Windows and program folders or code projects, and it skips files that are open and online-only OneDrive files. Please still keep backups of important files.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free plan sorts loose files in your Downloads folder into folders by type and month, with a preview and undo. There's no time limit on it. Pro (₹999, one-time) adds more folders, your own rules, removing duplicate copies, old installers and empty folders, sorting documents like invoices into their own folders, rule suggestions, schedules and a weekly summary.
What do I get after paying?
Your license key and a receipt are shown on screen right after the payment and emailed to you. Open Desk Keeper, go to Settings, paste the key under License and click Activate. See the shipping and delivery policy.
Does Desk Keeper upload my files or read my documents online?
No. Everything happens on your PC. Desk Keeper reads the first pages of documents only to recognize what they are, and never sends file names or contents anywhere. It only contacts our server to activate or check a Pro license, and to look for updates.
What happens to files in quarantine?
They stay in a hidden folder inside the folder you cleaned, and you can put them back from History for 30 days. After that, Desk Keeper moves them to the Windows Recycle Bin. On USB and other removable drives, which have no Recycle Bin, they stay in the quarantine folder.
How many PCs can I use Pro on?
Up to 3 PCs at the same time. Getting a new PC? Open Desk Keeper on the old one, go to Settings and click "Remove license from this PC", then activate on the new one.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 5 days of buying for a full refund. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 (version 2004 or newer) and Windows 11, 64-bit. The installer needs no administrator rights.
